Good Book, Bad Kindle

As a required textbook, its pretty good. It includes some interesting stats and it written to keep your interest.
As a required textbook on Kindle, it fails. There is NO WAY to get page numbers. While I can limp through it for the chapters, it is a failure for citations - there ARE no page numbers. I wish someone had told me that - so I am telling you now. [I tried on both my Windows 8.1 laptop and my Google tablet].

This book is average. I read this book while conducting my practicum at an elementary school for which the content was mostly useless. This book focuses on district and school level interventions for middle and high school kids.
